This exclusive team shop was developed in partnership between Universal Creative and Fann Emblem for Universal Creative Team Members and their vendors.

How do I access the shop?
This shop is exclusively for current Universal Creative Team Members and selected Vendors.
To place an order with this shop you must create an account or log in. For security purposes, Universal Creative Team Members must log in using their company e-mail address.
Walk me through the order process.
For sure, here's an overview of the order process.
1. Log in using your company e-mail address (UCTM & Vendors).2. Browse our exclusive products and shop around. Access exclusive pricing throughout the shop.
3. Customize your items with custom logos, threads, and more (when available).
4. When finished, head to checkout.
5. Select if you'd like your order Shipped (including Delivery) or if you're local to Orlando you can pick-it up at the Fann Emblem offices downtown!
6. Sit back, relax, and your order will be created and shipped/delivered by Fann Emblem.
Note: All products are ordered, and handcrafted, they are NOT drop shipped, so expect a 2-3 week turnaround.

Welcome! We value our Vendors and want to 'spread the swag' — simply log in with your company e-mail to access exclusive Vendor Products.

Free Office Delivery (Orlando Only)
Fann Emblem is located in Downtown Orlando, Florida. They make trips to the Universal Creative offices once per week for complimentary (free!) delivery for Team Members.
To have your ordered delivered, select your office location from check-out and be sure to read the notes on how your order will be handled.
I'm not located in Orlando, help!
Universal Creative is global, and so is this shop! We partner with USPS and UPS to ship orders world-wide. Simply enter your shipping address and select your preferred speed and it's on the way. You'll receive a shipping e-mail (with tracking) once your order has left our offices.
I'd like to add my team's logo to the shop.

I'd like to change a logo, or thread color.
Unfortunately, the products are specially designed (and approved) with thread colors and logos. We offer a variety of customizations, however we sadly cannot differ from what is offered.
Can you add my project name/number to this polo?
Project specific swag must adhere to the Universal Creative Swag Policy and can never contain project numbers. Please contact Confidentiality@uniparks.com with questions.
