Returns & Exchanges

Every order placed is handcrafted, every time — meaning when placing your order, Fann Emblem works with it's distributors to select your color, style, cut and size garments, has them expedited to their Orlando Office and embroiders/screenprints on-site.

We do not keep a stock (or quantity) of items on hand, nor do we ever drop-ship our products to ensure only the best products and quality for the Universal Creative™ Team.

Due to the custom nature of our products, there are no exchanges or returns of ANY products.

All Orders Custom Made

Please understand that all orders placed in the Universal Creative™ Swag Shop are custom made by Fann Emblem locally in downtown Orlando, Florida. 

Typical turnaround of ordered products is a few weeks from the time the order is placed, to being available for pick-up, delivery, or shipping. 

If you need your order expedited, please contact us prior to placing the order to confirm timelines for an additional "Rush" fee. 

Pick-Up, and Shipping

We’re thrilled to provide products to Universal Creative™ Teams globally. To do so, we offer various types of delivery of your Swag Shop Order:

  • Local Pick-Up (FREE): If you live near Downtown, Orlando (or just want to make a drive Downtown) our Fann Emblem office is located off of Orange Blossom Trail. Select “Pick Up” at check-out. 

  • Shipping (Discounted Cost): We ship anywhere within the continental United States of America and partner with USPS & UPS for better costs + delivery times.

  • UCTMCX Monthly Shopping: For our Universal Beijing Resort, UK Project, and Universal Studios Japan Team Members, orders over $50 will be delivered to Creative Campus for the Universal Creative Team Member Culture & Experience (UCTMCX) Team to ship on a monthly cadence. 

A live calculation of shipping (and delivery time) can be seen when you select the shipping time at check-out.
