Swag Shop Shipping Updates
Thank you for the incredible support you’ve shown the Universal Creative Swag Shop over the last few years. The response and excitement for our products has been strong, and we’re grateful for the enthusiasm and pride you continue to show for our projects, teams, and work.
As order volume has grown, our vendor partner, Fann Emblem, has taken a close look at their 2026 operations to ensure they can continue delivering the best shopping experience for Universal Creative Team Members.
With deliveries currently being made to 16 different Universal Creative and UDX locations, the time and mileage involved has begun to impact order fulfillment timelines.
To improve speed and consistency, we are making the following update:
- Friday, 2/20 will be the final day to select local delivery for Swag Shop orders.
- Beginning Saturday, 2/21, orders will have two options:
- UPS/FedEx delivery (available at heavily discounted rates), or
- Pick-up at Fann Emblem’s downtown office
This change is designed to create a more seamless and flexible experience. You’ll have the ability to ship orders directly to your home or workplace, receive tracking information immediately, and avoid waiting for weekly delivery routes (and mail room). Our goal is to reduce overall turnaround times to a faster fulfillment window.
An added benefit is greater consistency across all Universal Creative Teams, regardless of location, including New Ventures, Hollywood, and beyond.
